About Us

Growth Hub NGO Greece is a youth non-profit organization based in Tripoli Greece but operating globally. It was founded by a team of young people, experienced in the field of Erasmus+ and youth work.

We aim to involve young people in youth mobility and volunteering on local, national, and international levels to provide youth with the necessary tools and skills for the digital future and promote sustainability and inclusion. Mainly, our goal is to make young people the change they want to see globally by promoting solidarity, active citizenship, and understanding among cultures through non-formal education programs.

We focus on intercultural dialogue, active participation of young people.

Joanna Roussou

General Director

Joanna holds a degree in Business Administration with special reference in Finance from the University of Piraeus. She is currently studying for a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Consulting in the Agricultural Sector. She has experience as Marketing & Public Relations Manager, in various non-profit youth organizations. She has also been a project manager and researcher on several European projects. Today, she is general manager of the "Growth Hub" social initiative and leader of the "Uni.ties" project. Her motto is "People who are too crazy to believe in the ability to change the world, are the ones who will!". Her mission is to help young people grow and succeed!

Georgia Kleftogianni

Georgia Kleftogianni is a postgraduate student at the University of Piraeus in the field of "International and European Policies for Education, Training, and Research". Her research interests concern artificial intelligence in education. Participates in the management of the European programs Erasmus + KA103 "Support for Policy Reform" TEACHmi - Preparing teachers for the integration of immigrants in school & Erasmus + KA2 MUSIC - Make Universities ready for Social Inclusion, funded by the European Commission. She currently works in the Department of International Relations and European Programs at the University of Piraeus, and manages Erasmus + 107 & Erasmus + 103 programs. She also has experience in the field of multicultural non-formal Erasmus educational projects on human rights, cultural integration and the immigration crisis. She is a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Social Theology, and has been involved in the comparative study of the most influential cultures in the world, in order to solve social problems due to social and racial discrimination.

George Petsas

Project Manager

George Petsas is an undergraduate student at the Technical University of Crete, in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Administration.
George focuses on gaining experience with the ultimate goal of developing his knowledge and skills. He is always open to challenges, especially when he is going to expand his field of knowledge. Due to his organizational ability he can easily collaborate and work effectively within a team. His goal is to perform every task assigned to him based on honesty and responsibility.
George's main interest is the development and management of groups of volunteers and adults through his participation in the non-profit organization Growth Hub.

Ariadni Andrianaki

English and French Instructor

Ariadni Andrianaki is a graduate of the Department of French Language and Literature of the University of Athens. Since 1998 she has been teaching French and English to elementary, high school, and high school students. Experiential learning is her natural approach to learning, she loves games and movement. Its aim is for students to be able to speak English and French from the first lesson and to approach the culture of England, America, and France. Through magazine articles, videos, and songs, his students feel the pulse of the language from the very first hour.

George Prokopos

Public Relations Manager

George Prokopos is an Economic Officer Designate at Hellenic Air Force, while at same time holds the position of Representative Economist and SDG Campus Co-Ordinator UN SDSN Youth | at the University of Peloponnese (BSc Economics - MSc Public Management). His vision is focusing on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 Agenda and the upcoming SDG of Digitalisation via Innovation through the great initiatives of Youth Entrepreneurship Club as PR Manager!

Nadia Paraschou

Pedagogue – Visual Arts Facilitator

Graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Pedagogy and Psychology of EKPA in Greece, with studies at the Vakalo Art & Design school and with participation in formal, non-formal, and informal learning training in Greece and Europe.

Educator and activity facilitator, with experience since 2010 mainly in groups of children but also adults, volunteer at the European Solidarity Corps for the implementation of educational programs, mentor at Womenontop, and animator of experiential activities at Startup Greece conferences, etc.

I love designing and animating innovative experiential visual arts workshops with the goal of self-awareness.

I believe that in this way I can contribute to empowering the creativity of children and young people and sensitize individuals and groups to issues of self-connection, connection with others, and emotional intelligence.
