On Friday 16/6/2023, the first experiential seminar of the program will take place
"LeaderShaping" on "Empathy, Active Listening". The seminar will take place at the Malliaropoulio Theater of Tripoli 18:00-20:00.
The program aims to develop the necessary skills for young leaders
to make a positive change in the world. The purpose of the program is to offer
to the young leaders of organizations and businesses quality content, so that
understand the basic principles of creation, development and evolution of an organization. Is
a youth learning and empowerment program consisting of workshops and
experiential seminars aimed at the personal development of young leaders as well
to members of their groups. The program is free to enter and is implemented with support
of the European Solidarity Corps, the Lifelong Learning and Youth Foundation and the Municipality of Tripoli.

Speaker of the 1st experiential seminar
Manos Hatzimalonas BSc MSc MA, is a psychologist-psychotherapist in synthetic counseling and psychotherapy for young people and adults. He is the founder of the Philanthropic Foundation, the non-profit organization focused on the research, promotion and application of the dynamics of Greek Philanthropy. He has taught ethics and history of philosophy at Boston College, psychology at the University of Minnesota as well as at Metropolitan College, and participates as an external psychologist in the team of the Interdisciplinary Counseling Center ANADRASIS of Rhodio Education. As a private psychologist, he sees clients online and in person, and coordinates a number of psychotherapy and self-improvement groups in Athens.
The "LeaderShaping" program aims to develop the necessary skills for young leaders to make a positive change in the world. We aim to provide young organizational leaders with quality content to understand the fundamentals of creating, growing and evolving an organization. It will be a program of learning and empowering young people that will consist of workshops and experiential seminars aimed at the personal development of young leaders as well as the members of their teams. It is aimed at young people aged 18-30.
